Where we're headed — and roughly when.
Here's what's live, what we're actively building, and what's further out. Priorities may change after evaluator feedback. Last reviewed: 23 July 2026.

The operational core and compliance backbone are shipped and working. These modules are available to every community on the platform right now.
Records Management System
Nominals, vehicles, locations — Niche-style shell, RMSAM entitlements, per-record visibility and Director-bypass audit.
LEDS / PULSE
Person, Vehicle, Address, Property and Firearms lookups. Selectable LEDS, PNC, and Garda PULSE skins. Paramilitary and OCG trackers, protected-nominal redaction, permanent audit.
Intelligence
5×5×5 grading, CHIS and RIPA-IPA covert authorisation, nominal watches and intelligence records.
Members & Profiles
Profile shell and directory, ranks (multi-service, acting/temp), designations, qualifications, disciplinary, conduct, absence, appraisal, service record and lifecycle. Open servers can give one member several concurrent service memberships, each with its own rank and posting, alongside an out-of-character staff ladder.
Org Structure
Units, command offices, org chart, multi-service support (Police, Fire, Ambulance), service switcher and jurisdiction reskin.
Permissions & Access
100+ per-action permission keys, unified resolver, 3-axis grants, bundles, Gold-Command approval, rank-seniority gates and tenant isolation. Authority between services is a configurable per-pair matrix rather than a single on/off switch.
Safeguarding & MISPER
Safeguarding hub, DASH and MARAC, conferences, child protection, NRM, Herbert and Philomena Protocol. Missing persons workflows.
Court Applications
104-entry statute-verified catalogue across England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Application lifecycle and diary.
Trust, Safety & Integrity
Sanctions ladder, appeals, OSA reporting, DSAR pipeline, breach and retention registers, age gating, account closure and staff audit.
Computer Aided Dispatch
The control-room console — 999/101 intake, grading, unit deployment from the live duty board, per-service desks, callsigns, gradings and codes, restricted incidents, pursuit and firearms command, an ANPR watchlist and cross-service pass. Point to Point and a live map are coming soon.
Mobile Data Terminal
The officer in-vehicle terminal — status, assigned incident, typed remarks, pager call-outs and a read-only pursuit and firearms command picture, live-synced with dispatch.
Duties & Resourcing (CARMS)
Book on and off with callsign and equipment, crew up and take refs; a live resource board, roster planner, operations and an activity sign-off flow with supervisor thresholds. Recorded time comes from the actual book-on and off, and a correction never overwrites the original.

These are the items we are actively building toward the August 2026 launch and the period just after. Foundations are in place; the working modules are being assembled.
Armoury
Registry and schema hooks are in place. The working module — issue, return, signout, accountability — is being built. Foundations live; full module on a slow burn.
OpsCentre OS
The fictional police-workstation concept — modules running as applications on a desktop, with a taskbar, secure session, and app icons. Shape evolving as it is built.

Reference Book
Jurisdiction-aware in-platform reference material — powers, codes, quick-lookups for operational officers. An application on the OS desktop.
Billing & Subscriptions
Stripe billing spine, the 18+ subscribe flow, and data-lifecycle management (community export, retention schedule on cancellation) are built and gated behind the launch switch. Billing opens at paid launch.

These modules are named and intended; development has not started. Each is included in your subscription when it ships.
Training Overhaul
Major revamp of training records, qualifications, designations and NFI/NPOI flows. Planned — deferred until current platform work completes.
Internal Mail
Member-to-member and announcement messaging within a community. Not started.
Force Intranet
Community-facing internal knowledge base and notice board. On the roadmap.
National Care Hub
Clinical records, referrals and governance for ambulance roleplay — the ambulance counterpart to RMS. In build.
The bigger picture — OpsCentre OS.
Beyond the module set, the long-term direction is a fictional police workstation: modules running as applications on a desktop environment, with a taskbar, secure session indicator, app icons and a distinct original design.
OpsCentre OS is in active development and its exact shape is evolving. The concept is directional — not a finished specification. The platform you can use today is real and working; the OS is where it is all heading.

This roadmap reflects current priorities as of 15 July 2026. Timelines are approximate and shift with community demand, technical constraints, and what we learn as we build.
