Terms of Service
v1.2Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
v1.4Privacy Policy
v1.0This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use OpsCentre. For your own OpsCentre account, we are the data controller — we decide what we collect and why. For the records and information you and your community put into the platform, we are the data processor — your community's organiser decides what goes in, and we process it on their behalf. OpsCentre is for fictional, in-character roleplay records — real personal data about real people should not be entered into community records. We collect what we need to run the Service: your account details, your email, your date of birth (to check our age rules), and limited technical data such as your IP address and activity logs for security. We use a small number of trusted providers (Stripe, Discord, Railway, Cloudflare, and Microsoft) to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have a legal or similarly significant effect without a person involved. You have rights over your personal data — including to access it, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can contact us at [email protected], and you can complain to the ICO.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
v1.0This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) forms part of our Terms of Service and applies when you operate a community as a Community Director. When you run a community, you are the data controller for the information your community puts into the Service, and we act as your data processor. It explains how we handle that information on your behalf — we only process it to provide the Service and on your instructions. It sets out the security measures we apply, the trusted providers (sub-processors) we use, and how we help you meet your own data protection obligations. When your community ends, we delete the data by default; you can ask us to provide an export first. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this DPA. No separate signature is required.
