Are new modules extra?
No. Every current and future module is included in your subscription — you are never billed again when something new ships.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No lock-in contract. Shorter intervals (weekly, monthly) cancel with no notice period. Quarterly and longer intervals are single payments covering their full term.
Are these prices tax-inclusive?
Yes. All prices shown are GBP and tax-inclusive. If tax treatment ever changes it will follow the Terms of Service.
Do you offer EUR pricing?
GBP pricing applies to all customers. We are not displaying EUR at this time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your community's data is retained for a minimum period after cancellation, as set out in the Terms of Service. You can request an export before you leave.
