Frequently Asked Questions

What to know before joining.

If the answer is in the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, we say so and link to it. Where things are still being built, we say that too.

Who is OpsCentre for?

UK and Republic-of-Ireland emergency-services roleplay communities on FiveM and Roblox that want operational tools built to real UK and Irish procedure.

Both small communities (six officers) and larger ones (sixty officers) run the same platform. There is no entry-level tier with a stripped-down feature set.

Do I need technical knowledge to set it up?

No. Choosing your jurisdiction and services seeds ranks, org structure, legislation references and force identity automatically. There are no migration consultants, no implementation calls, and no setup fees.

If you get stuck, raise a support ticket from the dashboard or contact [email protected].

What does "multi-jurisdiction" mean?

The platform re-skins and re-terms itself for the four primary jurisdictions: England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. This means the correct ranks, legislation references, courts, custody clocks, and terminology for each — LEDS vs PULSE, Constable vs Garda Member, PACE 1984 vs Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2016, CPS vs PPS NI vs COPFS vs DPP Ireland.

Switching jurisdiction changes the terminology and legislation throughout the platform.

Do I need a Discord account to use OpsCentre?

Yes. Authentication uses Discord OAuth. You sign in with your Discord account, which becomes your Platform User identity on OpsCentre. You do not need to link your community's Discord server, but individual accounts require Discord to authenticate.

How much does it cost?

One plan, every feature, from £28/month on annual billing. Other intervals are available: weekly (£10/week), monthly (£35/month), quarterly (£94.50 for 3 months), 6-monthly (£178.50 for 6 months), and annual (£336/year).

All prices are GBP and tax-inclusive. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and no setup or migration fees. See the full pricing breakdown on the Pricing page.

Are new modules extra?

No. Every current module and every future module is included in your subscription — you are never billed again when something new ships. When a planned module such as the Training overhaul or Internal Messaging goes live, it is included the day it launches.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of your first purchase. Because OpsCentre begins providing the service immediately on subscription, you are asked to waive this right at checkout to confirm you want immediate access — the details are set out in the Terms of Service. If you have not used the platform at all in the 14-day period, contact [email protected] to discuss your options.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your community's data is retained for a minimum period after cancellation, as set out in the Terms of Service. During this period, you can request an export of your community data. After the retention period, data is deleted from active systems in line with the retention schedule.

Data export and the exact retention timeline are governed by the ToS. Contact [email protected] for data-related questions on cancellation.

Are there any ongoing price increases for existing customers?

Continuing customers will not see arbitrary price increases at renewal. The pricing model is designed to be stable. Where prices change, reasonable notice will be given in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Is my community's data isolated from others?

Yes — isolation is enforced at the application level: every tenant-scoped query filters on your community's own tenant ID, and automated cross-tenant test suites run on every merge. Independent security reviews (May–July 2026) found no cross-tenant data leak.

Database-level row-level security is deployed as a staged backstop and is still being hardened before it is enforced independently of the application.

How do you handle GDPR and data subject requests?

A self-serve DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) workflow is built into the platform. Data subjects can exercise their Article 15 (access) and Article 17 (erasure) rights through a structured pipeline. Statutory one-month deadlines are tracked automatically. Identity verification and Director sign-off on erasure are enforced.

For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. For details on data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

What is your stance on real personal data?

OpsCentre is for fictional, in-character roleplay records only. No real-people PII should ever be entered into the platform — this is enforced by the Acceptable Use Policy. All records in the system represent fictional characters in a roleplay context, not real individuals.

If you encounter content that appears to be real personal data, report it via the in-platform Report a Problem tool or to [email protected].

Who can see what platform staff do in my community?

Routine support access starts with you: platform staff can only open a community-requested support session against an open request raised by your own admins, and sessions are visible to your community by default. Record access and searches performed inside RMS and LEDS during a session are written to those modules' audit trails.

Support sessions are time-bounded — they auto-expire after one hour, and any extension by platform Management is recorded. Your admins can cancel an open support-access request at any time before it is actioned. A narrow, Director-of-OpsCentre-authorised exception exists for safeguarding and legal investigations where advance visibility would defeat the purpose; it is logged at platform level.

How do you handle reports of harmful or illegal content?

Reports involving CSAM, terrorism, credible threats, or court orders are automatically routed to the platform Trust, Safety & Integrity queue. Community Directors and staff cannot suppress, close, or redirect these reports — the pipeline is enforced at platform level.

The platform also provides a first-party Report a Problem tool in every community. For urgent matters, contact [email protected].

What is actually live today, versus coming?

Live today: Records Management, LEDS / PULSE, Intelligence, Members & Profiles, Org Structure, Permissions & Access, Safeguarding & MISPER, Court Applications, Trust, Safety & Integrity, Computer Aided Dispatch, Mobile Data Terminal, and Duties & Resourcing.

In development: Digital Armoury.

On the roadmap, not yet built: Training Overhaul, Internal Messaging, and National Care Hub.

The Modules and Roadmap pages carry a status badge for each item, so you can check what is and is not live.

What is OpsCentre OS?

OpsCentre OS is the in-development vision for a fictional police-workstation environment — a standalone desktop interface that hosts the modules as applications rather than as tabs in a web app. It is in active development and its exact shape is still evolving.

It is a direction we are building toward, not a finished feature available today. The modules that run inside it (RMS, LEDS, Intelligence) are live now as web modules regardless of the OS shell.

How granular are the permissions?

The permissions system has over 100 per-action permission keys, resolved across a three-axis grant model: action verb (what the user can do), sub-type filter (which record types), and org-unit scope (which part of the organisation). Grants can be made by rank, branch, role group, or individual direct grant.

Gold-Command approval is required for the most sensitive permissions. Welfare and vetting walls restrict access to sensitive member data. The system is designed to match the separation of duties you would expect in a real force structure.

Which roleplay game platforms does OpsCentre support?

The platform is designed for FiveM and Roblox emergency-services roleplay communities. The core tools (RMS, LEDS, members, permissions) are game-agnostic — they are web-based and do not require a game-side integration to function.

In-game integration features (MDT, CAD) are on the roadmap. These will connect the web platform to in-game scripts, but the core platform is fully functional without them.

Are you affiliated with FiveM, Rockstar Games, or Cfx.re?

No. OpsCentre is an independent product operated by Jack Ryan Brolly, trading as OpsCentre. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games, Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any police, ambulance, fire, military, or government body.

References to real organisations and legislation on this platform support fictional roleplay only.

Who runs OpsCentre?
