General Support
Help, onboarding, configuration, billing questions, and general enquiries. Existing customers can also raise a ticket directly from the dashboard.

Acceptable Use breaches, reports of harmful or illegal content, safety concerns, and lawful law-enforcement and safeguarding requests.

Vulnerability reports and security concerns about the platform. This is the single address for security disclosures. A machine-readable policy is published at /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116).

Data subject requests, privacy questions, and UK GDPR matters. Rights requests are answered without undue delay and at the latest within one month (UK GDPR Art. 12). You may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

General email enquiries are monitored, but dashboard tickets receive priority handling.
Law enforcement & safeguarding authorities
For lawful data requests or urgent safety matters, contact [email protected]. We cooperate with authorities in accordance with applicable law. Informal requests are not actioned without appropriate legal basis.
