Why we built this
Professional tools shouldn't require enterprise budgets.
OpsCentre is a complete operational platform for UK and Irish emergency-services roleplay communities — built on the principle that the right tools should be within reach of every community, not just the ones with deep pockets.
When I started managing FiveM emergency-services communities, the tooling was grim. Either you cobbled something together from Sheets and Discord bots, or you paid someone else's platform £40, £50, sometimes more per month for a feature set that still didn't do what you needed.
The communities being priced out weren't failing. They were student-run groups, casual groups — communities that took the roleplay seriously but didn't have a budget to match. The expensive platforms weren't better. They were just more expensive.
So I built OpsCentre. One product with everything in it — the same compliance infrastructure, the same audit trail, the same module set, available to every community regardless of budget. The six-officer community gets the same platform as the sixty-officer one.
That doesn't mean it's a watered-down product for communities who can't afford something better. It's the same product, for everyone. No feature-gated tiers designed to extract more money once you're committed. No onboarding fee to make you think twice about leaving a competitor. No per-seat charge that punishes you for growing.
This isn't VC-subsidised growth-hacking either. The pricing is real and sustainable. We're not racing to the bottom — we're refusing to extract enterprise rent for tools that should simply be part of what a community management platform offers.
Communities deserve professional tools. That's the whole pitch.
What this means in practice.
Community first.
Every decision — what to build next, how to price it, when to ship it — is made with community managers in mind, not investors. There are no external stakeholders pulling the roadmap in a different direction. If something matters to your community, it matters to OpsCentre.
Public development status.
The roadmap is public, and each module carries a status label — live, in development, or planned. The marketing pages use the same labels as the build. When something ships, the label changes; until then it stays marked as in development or planned.
Fair pricing.
One plan, every feature, five billing intervals. The price you pay is the price you get — no tier upgrades, no module unlocks, no per-seat charges as your community grows. Pricing is designed to stay stable for existing customers; any renewal change follows the Terms of Service with advance notice. The six-officer community pays the same rate as the sixty-officer one.
Uncompromising quality.
Authenticity of procedure is the differentiator. Real PACE custody clocks. Statute-verified court catalogues across four UK and Irish jurisdictions. 5×5×5 intelligence grading. The depth is deliberate — experienced community managers will notice the difference, and that matters.
Who runs OpsCentre.
OpsCentre is built and run by one person. Jack Ryan Brolly, sole trader, trading as OpsCentre. There is no team of engineers, no marketing department, no office. The platform is operated independently — not affiliated with any police, government, or emergency-services body, and not backed by external investment.
This is a pre-launch product. The operational core — RMS, LEDS, Intelligence, Members, Org Structure, Permissions, Safeguarding, Court Applications, Trust, Safety & Integrity — is working and in use. Several modules are still in development. You can see where things stand on the roadmap and the modules page.
The roadmap and modules pages carry the same status labels as the build, so you can plan around what is available now and what is still to come.
